Over the past 20-plus years, I have coached business owners on how to start or grow a profitable business that is robust and scalable. A thriving organization is also dependent on its employees and their commitment and loyalty. I focus on this through my employee coaching service. Happy staff are more productive; affectionately I am known as the “Happy Consultant.”

I have worked with business owners and managers in many industries, including retail, health, recreation, education, hi-tech, construction, finance, and communications, plus nonprofits and governmental agencies.
In addition to my own coaching and training business, I have been a business advisor and trainer for the Small Business Development Center in both Southern Oregon and Northern California.
I earned a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology; I integrate the core principles of business and psychology to provide my clients with the best solutions to their business challenges.
